My ex-bf has it. He is having surgery in a few weeks to correct it.

I had a friend with pigeon chest in school, she was fine and it is still the same to this day, she never had issues that I was aware of... Although she liked to get guys to touch it   lol

The surgery scares the crap out of me.. my son has had once and hes having another surgery in a couple of weeks, but I don't know if I could handle that one

How noticeable was hers?
My sons gets really sunken in when hes sick, but its stkll obvious through his shirt on a normal day.
He has a really hard time breathing and hes on an inhaler, but I never thought to correlations the two until now.. especially because his breathing is really bad when he has the smallest amount of activity

It just looked like a bump in the middle of her chest, she sometimes joked that she had 3 boobs? I didn't know a lot about it, it also may have been less noticeable as she had breasts. There are probably also varying degrees to which you can have it as well. I think hers was fairly minor, she could push on the bone and her rib cage would bulge out the sides, it wasn't painful, and she was fairly active and didn't have any breathing issues.

I guess it sets her apart from others, and she likes that. I thought it was a bit strange haha.

I heard its easier when they are younger. Any surgery is scary but sometimes they are needed
