Oh, and you have it all, huh? Does that include parents that take care of your kid for you?

Im dreading when Violet starts talking. I was such a chatterbox, I drove everyone crazy. Im enjoying Violet's easy age.

The talking is fun.

It's the talking BACK that isn't fun.

Stupid and irresponsible.

You know what, I've been around 'em all my life, too and I don't claim that it's going to be easy. Taking care of someone else's kids for a few hours isn't the same. At all. You don't have to buy their things, provide shelter, food, clothing, care, etc.

I'm glad it's been easy for you so far! My six year old was a terror last week, he decided to drink paint (that was part of the art set we got him for kindergarten graduation) eat toothe paste, and then shaved his arms, even though he knows he shouldn't do any of those things. I can't wait until I'm not pregnant anymore, so that I can keep up with him again!

No matter how much you love your baby, that doesnt mean it will be easy forever. You're in for a reality check.

0-2y was an awesome time. I loved it.

But I would never, ever tell anyone in the world that it was easy. Personally... if that's the word that comes up in regards to your parenting... what the heck are you doing. haha

Dude, I worked in a daycare. Taking care of 12 two year olds that weren't mine was infinitely easier than being a full time (step) mom! Watching someone else's children is a completely different thing than being a mom/step-mom.
