I have never had heartburn before I was pregnant then all of a sudden 3rd trimester comes and I have gone through bottles and bottles of tums. Shoot me now if this smurf lasts after I give birth

Mine started 3rd trimester and now 2 weeks pp. Its still been killing me enough to make me not want to eat at all.

@Future momma of Avery, try drinking apple cider vinegar with water (about 1 teaspoon per glass of water) about 1-2 times per day, it should fix you up but you will have to keep taking it, but thats alright, there are tons of other benefits to ACW.
