ok. I am going to post my weight tomorrow before I start which I believe is 126, I know I am not big lol but I am doing it to feel better and would like to get down to 120   I also am going to try getting off pop while i am doing it

Ive previously done it and lost 15 pounds of my preggo weight, and have stayed down to 126 but cant lose anymore so I am starting it again, but I only have 6 pounds to lose!

That's great. You should be able to knock thought out fairly easily especially if you stop drinking sodas.

The key word is TRY to stop drinking sodas! Im addicted, and it sucks, but I have forced down like 8 glasses of water, just tonight! So hopefully I can stick to that!

You can totally do it. Once you bet past the first week or so, it'll be nothing. I stopped years ago and I never even think about drinking them now. They seem so strong to me.

I just stopped cold turkey when I got pregnant with my oldest. So about 9 yrs ago.
