7 months pp; Pain under c-section incision?

Starting earlier today, I have been having a throbbing/stabbing pain under the left side of my incision. Is this normal?

Also, sometimes when I shift position, or walk, it feels like something shifts underneath of it... & it is a very gross/strange feeling.... Has anybody had anything similar happen to them?

Yep...anytime I walk for a certain amount of time it hurts...my MIL told me its our tendons? It takes 2 years to completely heal  

Mine still does it occassionaly too.
