About to post some pretty revealing pics so you're being warned... Before getting pregnant, I was 130 (5'4). Got to 170 during pregnancy, went down to 140 fairly easily. After some months of light exercise & diet, I got down to 130 again. Then 125, then 120, then 115. I stayed at that weight for over a year, maybe close to 2 yrs. But like the end of 2010, beginning of 2011 I started gaining weight. Idk if it's because I started up birth control again, or cos I started taking anti-anxiety meds, or a combo of both. It's like, one day I was fine, then I felt like a fat ass. I got up to 150 at some point, & weighed 150 the beginning of this year.
Finally from mid-May to mid-June I lost 10 lbs. So I'm now 140. It's a very slow ass process. My lowest so far is 138. I still wear the same size pants. My measurements are 36-31-38. Sorry for the essay
I'm really trying to stay motivated & eat right, it's hard. Some days I think I look fairly skinny, well 'normal,' other times I feel 4 months pregnant. I feel like all my fat is just right on my stomach & hips. I re-started 30DS, I'm on day 5. I don't think that is enough exercise though. Any comments or suggestions are definitely welcome.
