I guess I get frustrated because I still probably have about 15-20 more to lose. It doesn't matter how much you lose, if you look in the mirror & see that your body still isn't where you want it to be then it's hard to be happy about how far you've come.

Before & after pics help though & you can definitely see a difference in yours.

  this!! i am not where i want to be yet so it doesn't seem like i have done anything... but then i look at the before and afters and i realize i have come far! i am so glad i took the before pics. i wasn't going to cause i didn't want that smurf recorded... lol but i just made a photobucketn JUST for my weightloss pics and it is all private. that way i don't have to save the pics on my computer for someone to find.   lol

I DL my movies and such. But you can order it on amazon.com. And I actually just kinda stuck with the same things, turkey sandwiches and low fat yogurt being my favorite lol but maybe you can do a meal plan? What you're eating now is great. Fruit, Cheerios mixed with yogurt were my favorites for breakfast. Quaker snacks during the day and special k chips are good snacks as well.

yeah. ive been bike riding and doing "shred it with weights" by jillian. its a kettlebell workout. and ive been "trying" to eat better. haha. doesnt always happen, but been eating more fruits and veggies.

Yea I know exactly how you feel. I also would love to lose another 20 lbs   But it's good to just keep focusing on the positive
