I never miss a period and decided to head to the doctors, I got a blood test and it came back postive.

well you get pregnant after your last period...and so if you missed one you would have to be at least 4 weeks...if i am correct about the whole fertilization thing....
im just thinking that you cant tell at 2 weeks!

And you would not know you were pregnant yet if you were due January 29th.
