Z discovered the moon tonight. I've been pointing it out patiently for forever, but suddenly she just looked at it and said, "Mom... sky... ooh, what that?" And she was like, "give me"

Hahaha my 2 1/2 year old cousin asked my uncle (while at a wedding reception) for a pet shark LOL!

I said no because it would poop everywhere. Her argument was we could get it a liter box like the cats have. "mommy poop in the potty, Jay jay poop in the potty, deer poop in the deer box"

Valid argument. But she didn't get a deer.

My 2 year old asked me for her own iphone the other day.

this morning DD went to get the mail in, and somebody had put a toyworld catalog in out mailbox that HAS a "no junk mail" sign.   She hadn't seen one before and has spent the entire morning pouring over it and pointing out everything she wants, which is.... everything in the mailer lol. "I want ALL the toys for my birthday mommy. Every toy in the WORLD."  

My son is obsessed with anything hot wheels we were at the warehouse ( im guessing its like a small walmart) and they have little kid trolleys and he starts geting everything hot wheels off the shelfs and I ask him what hes doing and he says its ok its ok its not just for me I have to show the baby how to play with them" lol

I am pregnant at the moment and his new thing is showing the baby things

This!!! My son always tells me to turn the sun off because it's hurting his eyes.
"Make the sun go down, moon come up. My eyes hurt."

The moon is my son's thing, too. He loves it and if we sit it while we're driving it is all we get to talk about until we get to where ever we're going. He says, "Mine, I want. Please?"
