well i just turned 18 on the 1st and i was scared to tell people too..but to surprise all the women in my family knew before i did they were just waiting for me to tell them..itz not good to hide it because you want your baby to be healthy.well at least i would hope so!! you should tell them they'll give you a different reaction then you expect because no matter what they are your family and in the end thats all you need.as far as the baby's dad you don't need him you can do it by yourself girl don't ever depend on a man beacuse they will let you down..and don't worry waht people say or think because the only opinion that matters is YOURS!!! GOODLUCK AND CONGRATS!!

me and my boyfriend get along though... but telling people was not as bad as I thought to be honest. However I am not here to talk about me.
This might make you feel better, my friend was 14 when she got pregnant, she did not tell anyone, her child was a one night stand, she did not get any help from doctors, nor did she see a midwife, she did not want an abortion, but she did not want to tell anyone, in the end she started to show, everyone found out then, and that got her in to more touble and many complications.. she now wishes she had of told someone, as a child is not in the best of health and nor is she.
Hun I do not mean to scare you, but you have to tell you parents as soon as posible, do not worry about telling anyone else, just tell them for now.

I agree, she should update. Its annoying. I mean they dont even have to read the whole thread, just like the last couple of replies, and they would figure out she has already told them!

Hey. When I told my dad he was on myspace at like 2 in the morning and what I did was me and my boyfriend walked in there with the positive pregancy test. He said all he could do was feal that should have waited. But the next day I went and got my visit sent up and went to the doctor. All they did that day was took 5 tubes of blood and did a pelvic exam. Also prescribe you your prenatel viatmons but you can get the at wal-mart for $6. If your 7 weeks your probly due late December early January cause i'm 9 weeks and 6 days now and my due date is set for December 9th. Untill you get to the doctor DONT pick up anything heavy or reach above your head. You can go to Wal-Mart and get these BeBe Heart Monitors and you can here the heart beat. It sounds like rushing race horses. Mines going 179 beats per min. I've already put on 20 pounds. But dont be scared of your parent. They just cry. But hey go get on WIC its really nice. Please dont give the baby up or have an abortion. You nd your childs father will work things out. Lol. Exspecially with all the mood swings. I'm 18 and am getting married July 12th. Needless to say i'm so happy but scared cause all I wont is have a happy child. But look me up on myspace at www.myspace.com/tatertot0508 I have pic if my last ultra sound were they found mt baby.
