big time tell them...you need to see a doctor, and get vitamins. It will be a shock but you need to tell them. Your so young...just turning 14....my god

its such a hard thing to go through at such a young age..you need your parents right now honey.

But you need to tell them now. That way you can get the proper medical care and everything. They will be angry at first. But as time goes on they'll get used to the idea.
