What were your signs with ectopic

Has anyone experienced any pain @ 5 weeks? Any back pain/shoulder pain?

hun i had no signs wen i had ectopic, and the main signs r cramping pains in ur stomach and bleeding, if ur worried then contact ur obgyn

I had a transvaginal ultrasound already at 4 weeks 6 days and they said they don't see anything abnormal. But I have heard it showing up later. Right now I am experiencing back pain right now and I have cramping but it's not in my stomach it's in my pelvic area. I have no bleeding either right now/

The only sign i had was spotting, which i thought was implantation bleeding. You can get shoulder tip pain, back ache, pain in lower right or left hand side, diarrhoea. Go and get checked, its hard to diagnose they can check your hcg levels or give you scan to check that things are how they should be in a normal pregnancy. They wont see from a scan if it is ectopic tho. I had to have my left tube removed 3months ago :'( im pregnant again now and they soon checked me, i had a scan at 5 weeks and blood tests, all ok so far :-) xx

I had my bloodwork done this past weekend and the levels are rising. What kind of scan are you talking about?

They did both, but seen more on the transvaginal one. There was a sac for baby, just too early for heartbeat as i was exactly 5 weeks. Oh sorry, yea US scans. Have you had previous ectopic?

I had horrible cramping and back pain and mine wasn't ectopic. I also bled for the entire first trimester.

I have this but I don't have any bleeding. The cramping is pretty moderate though honestly.. it's more like a stretching going on in the lower abdominals. You say it wasn't ectopic, so you carried to term?

not to term im still carrying him right now. my cramps were pretty intense. I dont know if its bc of a previous c section that the stretching hurt more but it was scary.

Oh okay. How far along are you now? And has your cramping subsided?

ya the cramping stopped at 13 weeks im now 34 weeks.
