Question about pictures.

I've tried figuring it out a few times, but I guess I'm a dummy. I've noticed that some people on here have their pictures set so that only their parentank members can view them. I was wondering how to do that. I didn't realize that pictures get stolen on here so much and I don't want mine taken. Thanks for the help in advance.
