Haha, I did that too. Ryan worked nights for awhile and over the course of a week, I had completely reversed my sleep schedule and then had to reverse it again in less than a week so I could go back to class. Fun stuff. Just do what I do now, I set my alarm, take my temp while half-asleep and then go back to sleep. My thermometer holds the last temp as well as the lowest and highest temps.
