I would find a job and move out asap.
I'm kind of in your same situation and let my parents have too much control and now they're trying to get full custody.
It's a bad situation I suggest you do whatever possible to move out.

I've talked to my mom about going to a women's shelter before. At the time we had been arguing because I was mad that she and my sister were yelling all the time and I don't want my son around that and she said she would call the cops because I was endangering him and taking him out of his home and taking him away from the things he needs because I wouldn't be able to afford the stuff he needs since I'm in school. The only reason I'm scared and not moving out is because they paid for everything, I'm on my dads insurance and soon they'll have conservatorship of him because he needs health insurance and I don't have any till I get my job in August. If I leave now I'll losing everything, school, and transportation, and everything for my son. I plan on moving out but they don't want me to. I've even thought about getting back with my ex but he hasn't been in the picture since October and doesn't care about my son and only "misses" me because he wants to have sex again. I'm gonna try and tell them to back off but I know that won't go well.

If you move into a women's shelter with your child CPS and the cops can't do a damn thing about it. They'll probably laugh in your mom's face too for wasting their time. You'll have a roof over your childs head and the shelter will help you find a job, or finish school, and get you on your own 2 feet. The shelter will help you apply for all the aid you need (state insurance, child support, TANF, food stamps, child care assistance) to make it on your own.
