Stupid but needed question.

Okay so my brain isn't wanting to work for some reason, probably the pain killers. If I took my medication at 7pm what time would I be able to take it again if it is every 4-6 hours?

I know it should be easy to figure out but my brain isn't wanting to work.

The earliest would be 11 p.m.
