Does that mean that if you tell a white lie to a child that in god's eyes it the same as murdering a child?

That's what it says, but I do not agree with it. Lying about taking out the trash is not equal to murdering your own mother, imo.

A sin is a sin is a sin. BUT God is going to judge you based on YOUR sins. Individually. I think people say that all sins are the same in God's eyes, simply because the "christians" who get up in arms about homosexuality....but THEY have their sins, too. Point being, you don't judge others before you remove the plank from your own eye. That's God's call. I hope that at least kind of made sense. Yes, God sees a white lie to a kid much differently than murdering someone, and will judge accordingly.

I can't believe in a god that weighs child molesters with drug users as the same sin.

lol wut? haha No, what I'm saying is, heck yes God is going to look at murdering someone different than white lies to a child. He will judge each individual accordingly. Everyone sins.

I think the concept of sin is highly misunderstood and it means making a mistake and I don't believe God looks down upon that because it is through mistakes we often grow spiritually. On top of that as soul we are perfect beings but as humans the soul is able to experience what it is not like characters in a movie.

God is just, but NOT always fair. He will judge people as he sees fit. He has that power. You DON'T have to agree.

Why not fair? If it/he is perfect then he is fair other wise he is not perfect. Who made god the leader of everything?

If he was fair, then he would give us all what we deserve. Nothing at all. God has the power to do anything he pleases. Who are we to tell him what to do with his power? He will judge us INDIVIDUALLY. Not as a group.

Actually I don't believe God judges anyone. We will judge ourselves during the afterlife life review but while that process goes on God will not be judging but instead providing loving guidance.
