Bed rest at the hospital

My bag of water reputed last night when I was 32 weeks 1 day and they are trying to keep him in until 34 weeks. I'm so scared about how little he's going to be and what's going to happen.
Any other mamas had this happen and everything turned out okay??

Wanted to miss you the best mama! Hugs. I had preterm delivery w my first 29 weeks....but no water breaking. Just relax as much as possible! Easier said then done but if Hell stay in longer he will. God bless

I had to be on hospital bedrest for 6.5 weeks due to preeclampsia. The girl across the hall from me her water broke and she was able to go 4 weeks before having to deliver. Listen to the nurses and do exactly what they say to help get further along. On the plus side you have made it to 32 weeks which is great (more would be even better!) 32 weekers generally do great and just feeders and growers. Generally if you were to have them your little one would come home in 3-4 weeks give or take. Also the chances of brain and neuro problems are much lower with 32 weekers and generally need a lot less oxygen support. Hang in there!

My twins were born at 24 weeks and were only 1 pound!
They are now happy healthy 14 month olds with NO health problems.

Not to me but my roommate when I was on bed rest had that happen she was 26 weeks when her water broke she had her baby 3 weeks later and she was perfectly healthy. Good luck
