Did you do the pill? I think in your case you can and probably should request a follow up ultrasound. If there is nothing there, then you're good to go without the d&c but if there is you dont want to risk an infection. Sooner is better than later.

U should have had a follow up w the clinic! But definitely go to the Dr ASAP. That happened to me and it was not pretty
