Virus on my computer

I have an anti virus but of course, one got through. Damn porn. But now I'm trying to remove it. It says I have to forcefully remove it but it could crash my computer. Idk what to do. Just a little while ago my computer freaked out, had some blue screen thing and told me it needed to restart to prevent further damage. It said other things but it restarted too quickly. My anti virus is AVG. It's worked pretty well until now.

Please help. I'm freaking out and idk if I'll have a computer for my longer.

Do you have a copy of the OS that you are currently running? Do you have your HD backed up? Do you have a restore point set up on your PC?

Idk how to get a copy of my OS. The only thing I have backed up are my pictures lol Idk what a restore point set up is lol Sorry. I'm horrible with computers. I took it to best buy when I had my insurance but they smurfed it up so bad.

okay go to start, control panel, System and security , back up and restore.

yeah dont do that, then you just have a back up with a virus on it.

Which means you're going to have to remove the virus. try using Avast, thats what i use.
