Need help!

I am about 16 weeks PP with my first child, was somewhat diagnosed with PPD and my husband is deployed in the USAF. I decided to try something new for BC and I got the Mirena. I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. I bled for about 2 weeks and it just stopped. I dont know if that is from insertion or if its a period. I am not cramping or anything either. Anyways, my sex drive is pretty much non existent. I know almost all birth control methods can lower your sex drive but i dont have one at all! Anyone else ever have this problem? Could it just be since I had a baby and it will come back or is it because of PPD or is it the BC? Should I try something different? I dont know what to think or do right now. My husband will be home in a month or so and I just dont want this keeping us apart. Help please!!
