8 month old feeding.

My son turns 9 months on the 7th of july. He's been eating 8oz bottles every four hours for a couple of months now. But lately he seems to be hungry afterwords so I've been making an additional 4oz. Do you think that's too much? Am I over-feeding him? he's been really fussy the past week with ocassional diahreah. I fear that he's maybe just feeding for comfort, and eating too much.

s he on solids? Or just formula?

is he eating any solids? I'd give him some cooked noodles, shredded chicken, mango slices, banana, or cherrios twice a day to see if that'll help.

My four month old eats eight ounce bottles every four hours and is starting on simple foods already so he could very well be hungary try making two ounces first then move on to four or try adding some foods to his diet if you are willing to try that

yeah he loves solids. he eats them three times a day (before breakfast bottle, after lunch bottle, before dinner bottle) and trust me when I say he eats a lot (typical lunch being bananas, cucumber, totamato, teething bisquit) (typical dinner being noodles, avocado, greenbeans, apples) So he definately gets enough food. He's just so fussy lately he seems to need more. Maybe growth spurt? Oh btw he just spit up and pooped at the same time.

could be a growth spurt. or a tummy ache. my daughter likes to eat when she has to poop. Idk why.

Haha yeah he sure is talenting, especially at large burps, and nasty smelling poops. He's also been sleeping a crazy amount. Could he be sick?
