lol when i had my daughter i had an episotmy and got stiched up so for like a month i carried my trusty sauce bottle with me EVERYWHERE i even took it shopping lol it took untill well after i knew my stiches had healed before i tried to go with out it lol    i just didnt want to experience any more pain on those sensitive bits then i already had
