Appointment scheduled. Any tips?

On my last post I stated I had planned on getting an abortion. I have an appointment set up for next Wednesday afternoon. My symptoms so far haven't been anything I can't handle (sore boobs, peeing more, fatigue) and I'm hoping I didn't jinx myself already and they stay that way haha. I haven't been feeling sick, just kinda "icky". I don't know how to explain it and I hope you mamas understand what I'm trying to get at. Just feeling pretty blah. Are there any supplements, vitamins or certain foods I should eat that will make me feel more comfortable until my appointment? I've been drinking tons of water throughout the day. I'm tired of not feeling like my normal self! Any help is much appreciated!

Which are you getting done the pill or the surgical?

Ginger is supposed to help with nausea. Ginger tea, gingerale. You'll probably feel a little sick for a few days after your procedure (if you do it).

you can take anything you want really to help with the symptoms, medication wise.

Some tea or gingerale for the sickness.
Just try to stay relaxed and calm, try not to let the nerves get the best of you.

Surgical. I still haven't decided if I want to be put under. They said I can do either/or. Idk...

I would do advise it. They don't actually put you under they just give you a drug that makes you completely unaware of what's going on.
It feels like you're black out drunk.

Does it take long for the feeling to wear off?

Only a day. I slept most of it. Woke up the next morning and felt fine.

Thank you for all the tips ladies! I'd quote you all, but I'm on my phone and it takes forever.

Looks like I'll be picking up some tea and ginger ale tonight
