How much caffeine a day can you consume...

if you are breastfeeding?

As much as LO tolerates. I kept it to just one not too strong cup of coffee in the morning.

you probably shouldnt binge on them, but maybe you could just try to drink them during or right after a feeding. then theyre not as potent when baby nurses again.

True, thanks.   Some days I feel like I really need one because I am just so tired and I don't drink coffee lol.

I used o drink mt dew like crazy when I was bfing. One time I swore my bm I had pumped was green haha
