33 weeks and problems!

posted 8th May
I went to the Dr. yesterday formy vision because I've been seeing spots. He said everything looked great and sent me home. Today my tummy has been hurting. There is SO MUCH pressure it makes me feel like I can't even get up to walk. What's wrong?

Also, how many of you got stretch marks during your pregnancy. I haven't had any my whole pregnancy but now that I'm 8 months and 1 week I'm starting to notice a few small ones on my lovehandles and underbelly. I use cocoa butter 2wice a night. Is there anything else that I can do?

The pressure is probably from the baby starting to drop/engage
Does it feel like the baby is going to fall out when you stand up?

It can happen this early on.

and about the stretchmarks, I don't think there's much you can do, except lotion them and pray! lol.

I've got horrible ones.

Your baby may be causing all the pressure by his/her position. Espcecially if the baby moved into the head down position. If you are nervous, call your DR or go to the ER. That is what they are there for. I am almost 30 weeks and I have been getting that same type of pressure. The 1st night it happened, I went to the ER. Nothing was wrong and explained that the baby just found a new position my body isn't comfortable with. Since then, I have had several days where I could have sworn I would have him if I got up and walked. My best suggestion is to call the Dr. It will ease your mind and help you relax. It is better to know what is going on then to try and quess. Good luck!

Hey, we are due on the same day!! I totally feel ya on the pressure thing, I think it is normal...she is head down and she puts so much pressure all down there. Do you feel pressue in your talebone too? Mine is awful. From what I have heard about stretchmarks...there is nothing you can do -some women get them and some dont, I also heard, if your mother got them then you probably will too. Then again, my mom didnt get them, I have had them on my boobs since about 15 weeks I think, nothing on the belly YET. But I have varicose veins on my thighs lol oh the joys!
