You're really asking this? If you are experiencing pain on a "10 level", then go to the ER.

if at anytime your pain level is a 10 on a scale of 1-10, you should go to the hospital. regardless of where that pain is. Pain is the bodies way of telling you body something is not right.

Honestly? If you were at a 10 on a pain chart you wouldn't be asking BG about it, or about how to feed your kid. You would be crying en route to the hospital. I mean, smurfing really...
