with losing a bit a blood it's always good to before you become severely anemic

your levels should at least be 11

So the sac didn't come out in pieces over a few days it was kinda all at once? I'm sorry for your loss. My ultrasound tech said that the sac was 8 weeks and it had a yolk that stopped growing at 6 weeks but no foetal pole so i don't know if there was a baby which is so confusing. How are you doing now?

Yeah i should probably do this now seeing as i have issues keeping my iron levels up. I need to get iron tablets or a smaller multivitamin. I've been trying to take my prenatals, but they are so big and because i've been so nauseous the last few days i can't swallow them i just gag and spit them out.

I'm doing alright, my SO is being amazingly supportive. He has been doing the cooking, cleaning and looking after the kids. He never cooks or cleans so it's pretty awesome that he's doing that without me even asking and he keeps telling me to rest. I'm still bleeding like a normal period i haven't passed any tissue or anything yet i kind of wish it would happen already so i can stop freaking out about it and worrying about needing a d&c. Again thank you so much for talking to me about this and answering my questions.

No it came out in pieces just large ones. Did they give you the vaginal pills to speed everything along? They are painful but they Give you paineda to help and it takes it completely away. Thats weird you haven't clotted or anything yet... Someone mentioned it looks like threads.. I didnt get that until yesterday and I have been miscarriageing for a week and 2 daya

Nah they didn't give me anything to speed it along, my doctor just said go home and wait for it to happen naturally. I just took some panadeine because i was getting some stabbing pains and i know it sounds gross but i went to the toilet and lost a black thread like thing then when i went like 15 minutes ago i had, i dunno how to describe it kind of seemed like a rubbery broken up clot? now nothing again, back to normal bleeding no period cramps just random gut pain.

this whole post broke my heart. I guess I had hope that it wasnt what they said..  
I am so sorry. its sad. its not fair.

I had my first miscarriage on April 30th. I was 8 weeks. I had my D&C on May 3rd. The night after I found out and the few nights after, I just sat in a warm shower and let the water hit me. I didn't sit in the tub at all. I was afraid of blood clots floating in the water or something..
