your dad thinks that just because you're not married means he shouldn't see his kid? that's a real smurf move. is he trying to hurt your SO because in the long run that will hurt your kid. i think it would be best to stay with your parents but i think you, as an adult, need to sit down with your dad and explain how his way of thinking is going to hurt his granddaughter. that is just really sad.

You need to move out and hes overstepping his boundries he is the grandfather not the parent and you would be better off out of there even though you will have to work more.
