Sore back

Hey mums
Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to relieve a sore back,I have warm baths and lying down both help.but just wondering if there's something else that would work,it's not my lower back seems higher up to one side,thx mums xxxxx

Back massage from my other half works best for me, helps a lot with the aches and pains and helps me relax too

I'm starting physio next week maybe worth a try and i've heard that accupuncture is great aswell
