Melatonin

Is it safe during pregnancy. I need to go to sleep :-(

Try benedryl... they gave me that for my anxiety but whe I told my dr. About my restlessness he reminded me to take the benedryl I had an rx for 50mg. I also asked him about chamomille tea he said I could drink that.

I know I can't use melotonin while breast feeding but I have no idea about durnig pregnancy...

I don't think we have Benadryl. I have Tylenol pm. Maybe I'll try that.
