For a boy we decided on Jaxson because I loved Jaxs as a nicknname!

Jackson is really nice though and you can still call him Jax as a nn

A few girl names I like are:

Charlotte (NN: Charlie), Brilynn, Chelsea, Dawsyn, Anberlin, Darian, Emmalyn, Lexyanne, Lauren, Norah, Summer, Jennalee, and Idaline (Different I know, but it just struck a chord with me i guess (: )

I do. Having the #1 girls name for the year I was born, I tried very very hard to find normal names that were very low on the census lists for at least 5 years.

Most of them are misspelled boy names.....

Yes, Darian and Dawsyn could be boys names as well, but I like them on girls. I have a cousin who has been like a sister to me named Darian, and I just liked Dawsyn for a girl. Its just what I think.
