The name itself is cute it's just so common! I wanted to name my son jayden but when i realized how common it was or names that sounded like was i decided to go with ethan gabriel

I am a New Zealander living in Australia and my hubby likes to give the boys names of famous All Blacks (NZ national rugby team), so for this lil guy we have come up with Eaden Zinzan, I know how hard it can be getting the right name as I like my names to be five letter names (don't ask me why - however a friend just said you will have 5 kids all with 5 letter names). Our first a girl is Laken, then we had Caleb (this was original in the State we first lived in but moved to QLD where he ended up with 4 others in his class), then our second girl we called Brodi and there are boys with this name but no girls so far, next came Flynn and he has a friend called Finn but so far no other Flynns. I have done a bit of research and I am sure that Eaden for a boy will be unique that is until it catches on.......... Alot of people I have spoken to really like Zinzan too there is no meaning for this in any registers but he was a famous NZ rugby player and was actually born in my home town the same hospital as me in little old Waiuku. Eden Park is a famous rugby ground in NZ so we have just stretched out the name to make it 5 letters hehehe.

I'd have to say that it's a great name simply because my son is going to be named Brayden David Douglas....even with the "y" lol.
