Climbing chairs

posted 21st Jun '12
My 11 month old son just learned how to climb chairs. Its so cute, he gets to the top of the chair and sits there smiling and looking so proud of himself.
He's so fast at it to!

I don't really remember DD climbing chairs this young. When I think of her doing it she's much older and climbing the chair to paint or play with playdoh. lol

What age did your LO start climbing chairs?

11 months. He has to climb baby chairs tho. And pushes chairs to the couch to climb on the couch. He's actually very very short for his age. Don't help he's a better walker then like some 1.5 year olds =\ he's literally running now. He's been walking since 9 months. Now he climbs smurf. And today he upgraded to a table.

DS started walking at 10 months. I try to keep him just climbing on kiddy chairs but he pulls the chairs out from the kitchen table and climbs up and either plays with the TV in the kitchen or climbs onto the table.
I never knew a child who was so strong and has so much energy. lol

Aww. He must look so tiny walking around.
My son is very big for his age and I think he looks small.. lol

Lol! You can kinda see how short from when he's standing on the chair. That literally is a fun sized chair. He's like 27in long. Lol it's pretty funny seeing him run and try to get on the couch. Poor fun sized baby. He'll hit a growth spurt one day!!
