Toning question...

I just wanted to see what weight lifting routines some of you ladies do that are toned. I am already thin, I'm currently 5'10" 135lbs I just want to build light muscles nothing bulky just to look in shape! How often do you lift weights and for how long also cardio?

I am currently going to the gym 5 days a week for about 45-60 minutes a session, mostly cardio and I'll lift light weight and press 80lbs on the leg press machine. I have hand weights and a resistant band at home as well I can use!

I do all cardio at the gym too so I cant give you any personal recommendations however.....i have friends that use Les Mills Pump and love it!

I go into the gym and I think okay, I know how to use the Elliptical and I know how to run so that's what I do... Plus when there is a bunch of guys at the gym I won't touch the weights so if no one is there I will. If I don't do it there I'll make sure to do it at home with hand weights. lol

What is Les Mills Pump? DVD?
