Cut the breast about half way through, make a pocket.

Stuff the pocket with cheese, peppers, and onions. Tie it shut with cooking string.

Bake in the oven until it's done.

I would cover it with BBQ and honey and brown sugar on the outside if you have those, just letting it cook in a deep baking dish until it's done. Yumm.

You can try toothpicks, make sure you count how many it takes so you can get them all out before eating, lol.

The cheese might leak a bit, but it shouldn't be too bad.
