CRAVING HOT SAUCE (UNHEALTHY?)

Can this be bad for the baby?

I ate bufflo chicken EVERY day for my whole nine months.

Nah...may give you wicked heart burn, but baby will be fine.

Me neither... but seriously, this is rediculous. I just had toast with hot sauce on it dipped in eggs for breakfast!!!

I had a huge craving for hot sauce, I ate it for like first four months. I only get heartburn from things like water never spicy food. Its not fair considering I need to drink water and hot sauce I don't really need.

I lived on tums till I found out the hard way to many can cause constipation...now I just drink water and deal with heartburn. The spicy food thing hasn't gone away lol, I just ignore it. Though I will be going to get some habanero mango wings shortly bc I can. I make sure I'm not dehydrated and have accepted heart burn as my horrible pregnancy thing.

I do franks redhot on lettuce for my salad dressing!!!
