We cosleep and get tons of sleep. Baby nurses in his sleep. I keep a few diapers and wipes on my night stand. I sleep more now then when I was pregnant.

Sleep when the baby sleeps. Breastfeed so you can pop the baby on a boob and go back to sleep.

my baby is two weeks old today and i havent slept longer than 30 mins at a time in like a week. The only tip i can really give you is wen your baby gets done eating and gets to sleep go to sleep your self for as long as you can! Also giving lo a bath at night seems to get her to sleep a little longer.

Breastfeed and co-sleep if you want to get sleep. I do and it's wonderful. When they wake up in the middle of the night you take out and boob, insert, and go back to sleep.   Most of the time I only half wake up to nurse and don't even remember doing it, it's great. The only time I was sleep deprived with any of my kids was when my first LO came home and I hadn't decided to co-sleep yet and when they've been sick.

I have a 14 month old girl and 2 new born boys and my girl rarely wakes up at night and boys only wake up once...i feed them right before i lay them down and boys i keep wrapped in a blanket (to keep them warm and comfy from the AC) and they sleep really good! Keeping everything you need to feed and change them (including an extra outfit just in case) close by makes i much easier for when they wake up cuz then you can easily feed/change them without getting up and it makes things faster so you can get back to sleep!!! Also nap every chance you get during the day especially if your lil one doesnt sleep well at night!! even with how good my kids sleep napping is NECESSARY!!! lol good luck i hope everything turns out well for you and your baby!!
