pregnancy workout dvds

Doctor says I can't run..   and I have to keep my workouts indoors either at a gym or at home (I have a tendency to pass out especially if I get too hot). So I was wondering if anyone uses any dvds or recommends any?

prenatal yoga?

oh and see if the y has a prenatal aquatics class, i took one of those.

I know our Y has water aerobics but I don't believe we have any class specifically for pregnant women but I will have to look into it!

Can you walk? Lift light hand weights?

yes I can walk, if its outside I have to have someone with me but I can do the treadmill or the elliptical but she doesn't want me to get too hot.. I haven't thought about hand weights.. the main concern was over heating and my blood pressure getting too low
