Jaidee's LATE birthing story

its about time i posted this before she actually turns one  

so anyway

I was a week over due when i was admitted into the hospital to be induced on the 15th of October (the day good charlotte had their bloody concert). From there i was i was then given my first does of gels to open my cervix at midnight and then again the following morning at 6am.. neither of them worked and all looked dull the doctor then told me that if the last dose gels failed then she would put a balloon thing up my vagina and then eventually break my waters.. well that got me walking nonstop all day on tuesday in fear that my water would be yanked out by evil dr zia.. but that didnt go to plan because at 10:30pm tuesday the 16th, i went to the toliet to find my mucus plug had came out (it was green and red and ickky.. i will describe more another day) .. it was then 12 again at midnight that i got my third and final gel.. this one did the trick as i then began to get BAAAAAAAAD contractions that lasted 2 hours (it was 2am) that i then called the nurse to bring me hot packs.. an hour later the midwife then checked me to find i was 4cm diliated and she gave me the pethiesomething and called my sister and adrick.. then came to the hospital around 3am to find me moaning in pain and pretty much out of it.. tehehe i goooot hiiiiiiigh.. many more horrible hours came and went before then (2 apprently) and we then began the painful walk to the birth suite where they tried to give me laughing gas (it failed), i tried to go to the toliet (it kinda failed.. she watched me pee) and i pretty much chucked myself around the room.. and yeah this is where this gets tough for i barely remember the little things.. though i do remember chucking myself around, not getting comfy, getting a second dose of that pethy drug and being all "i think...*falls asleep*" "what do you think kara?" "*wakes up*.. i think... my waterbroke" and then having my undies and pants yanked off and smelt D:.. after a few more of those falling asleep and then being awoken by contractions i remember i asked for an epi but then they refused to give it to me because i fell asleep on the guy who was going to give it to me.. i had my name signed and everything but he was all 'not give she keeps failing asleep on me" and then i remember my doctor coming in and all 'okay we are ready to push" and then my sister holding my leg up, the midwife the other leg and then adrick held my hand.. every contraction hurt like hell and for some reason i seemed to always yell out for his hand and then ask my sister for a drink because my mouth was so dry.. anyway back to the pushing, it honestly felt like i was trying to take a massive crap, except this one was coming out of my vagina but that didnt stop me thinking in my head "DONT POO DONT POO" everytime i pushed and trying to keep my buttcheeks together.. i didnt want to poo D: well anyway i kept flashin in and out to adrick and kelly, dr zia bein "PUSH KARA PUSH" and then dr zia was all 'were going to have to cut" and we all "OH GOD NO PLEASE DONT!!!" and yeah. kelly apprently had blood all over her good charlotte top because of that.. and yeah, i remember then feeling dr zias hand as jds head emerged and then hearing her talk about it being stuck and then her trying the sucktion things and then the midwife saying jaidees heartrate was falling and i was freaking out 'give me a fucking csection" and then yeah.. next thing i know iam being wheeled out of the room in to the operating room where theres shiny lights and adrick dressed in srcubs and people talking and then im grabing random peoples hands during the contractions i was having still and then finally being told to count to 10.. i made it to 8 btw

and then finally after a dream.. i apprently wake up 2 hours later to a nurse talking.. she was saying that i have a wonderful daughter in the next room and that they were suprised i slept for so long and that when im ready i can my daughter. i swear to god at this moment all i was thinking was "i have a daughter?" and the only thing i got to say to her was "is she okay? is healthy?" and all i could see was bright light as i was wheeled back to my room only seeing the red of my cousins top stand out and leon.. i then had kelly and adrick and aunty jo and all around me as jaidee was then placed into my arms.

I soo love your story. You are super funny! Your baby is cute and I loved that you called her an evil gremlin....cute, cute, cute!

She's very cute! I know all about labor and then having a c-section. Good job Momma!
