Should I be worried?

So a little over a month ago my child support case was supposed to be worked on but i had to get BD's address so they could complete it and of course he wouldnt give it to me once he knew why i wanted it. And threatened me with a lawyer if i went that route. Saying he would get compensated for all the furniture he GAVE to me when we broke up. And saying he would also get a certain job just so child support could not be taken out. Well just yesterday i got a letter from CSE informing me i have an appt next month, baby daddy doesnt know this though, i can only imagine what he would say! He supposedly isnt supposed to start a job until the 9th and my appt. is the 17th of next month and im stressing b/c i dont want his threats or drama. His mom even told me that me and the baby are better without him because she knows what kind of smurf he is. He is very vindictive if things dont go his way.

It was in a text message but i had to switch phones so i dont have it anymore unfortunately.
