Taking Charge of Your Fertility Book Club!!!

posted 8th May
so I bought the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility, and I started tracking my temp now granted I started in the middle of my cycle so I know there is not alot to go off here, but every morning my temp has ranged 97.5 or a little higher but has never reach 98.00 is this odd, because in the book after ovulation the examples the women after ovulating there waking temp was in the 98.00 something... was just wondering if anyone else keeps track of there temp and if its always below 98.00????

NEW

We can use this forum to dicuss and compare things from the book that way if we have question maybe if someone else got and and we didn't they can give us answer and disscuss the things in this book .....
Thanks Loopy for the suggestion it was a great Idea...

Did you read the section in the book that says some people have a lower temp than others, even to the point that they need to change the numbers on the side of the graph to accomodate there temp levels. I can try to find it for you....other than that I'm not sure, just know that everyone is different!

It talks briefly about it on page 97. It may be too soon to tell if your's will go above it or not though since you've only been charting for a few days, probably wait and see if it keeps up it may just be that your temps run lower or something.

Chart for a cycle and get your baseline then if you need to change the numbers for yourself, you will get a more accurate reading next month. GOOD LUCK. I am in the "Taking Charge" Club too.

I'm a temp tracker and I am always below 98.00. My high temp is about 97.66, but usually I'm around 96.76. I'm cold blooded in the mornings!

I guess you already got your answer but my temps don't generally go over 98 either. Lows are 97.3, highs 97.9. If I've got too many blankets on during the 2nd half then it might go to 98.

I see a book club starting...........I think you should change the title to "Taking Charge Of Your Fertility" Book Club. We can discuss issues and stuff from the book.
