Babysitting my cousin wile pregnant is it good bc it builds up stress

Well, being pregnant doesnt mean you are disabled. Unless you are on bed rest or have some other high risk condition. Stress iant good for you but sometimes we have to deal with the unavoidable. In this case if you find its too much to handle, can you just tell the parent that you cant babysit anymore?
