Natural Inducement

Just wondering if any mums have tried natural inducement before their due dates and if they worked or not. Eating spicy food, pacing the stairs, etc...

Not intentionally.....always tried sex, but LO's come when they want to.

You have 3 weeks left, just wait it out. Baby will only come when ready.

Nope. I bounced on a yoga ball to help dilate so my induction would go smoother.

I had sex and walked, but that was just for fun lol.

walk all you want, sex is good for your cervix, spicy food is yummy..... but don't expect any of those to put you into labor

Oops, induction. And i'm not intending on trying it. I'm just curious if anyone has.

Both times I spent the ENTIRE day walking. Pretty sure it helped. And I dont mean walking then sitting in the shade. Literally all day. On my last one I did eat spicy food, but thats because I like it. I spent the whole day at a fair listening to music, dancing, having fun. Then my water broke that night. But who knows maybe its coincidence.

Natural inducement would be the baby coming when its ready.

Not eating certain things or running up and down stairs trying to get baby to come on your time.

Even Google natural ways to induce, everything will say nothing will work if the baby isn't ready.
