2 vessel cord baby

sooo im due july 13th and was reading about labor and delivery with a 2 vessel cord baby...and it said epidurals are not recommended since it can cut off the oxygen to the baby...i plan on doing a natural birth anyways but i was wondering if there are any special precautions i should be aware of or do during my labor and delivery?

my daughter had a two vessel cord and i got a epidural and she is a smart, healthy, normal almost 5 yr old.
