Colic -__-

How long did your LO's colic last? We've got it calmed down to just a few hours a day, but it is SO hard to see LO upset and not be able to comfort.

We're almost 7 weeks in now.

So far we've switched to a different formula (and BF), new pacifiers, bouncer, vibrating cradle/pack n play, and our pediatrician told us low stimulation.

My DS had HORRENDOUS colic till he was 6 Weeks and a friend of my mums told us about DR BROWNS bottles. Not even gonna lie, he was a different baby after the very first feed with them x sounds like you're doing well anyway, I hope things improve for you soon x x

We have Medela bottles that seem to help but I will definitely try a Dr. Brown's. It is just exhausting!

Yeah it is, we used to pass the baby over when we'd had enough and go get coffee or half hours kip. DS would scream for 3 hours, pass out with exhaustion for 5 minutes and then wake up whimpering before starting again. It's physically exhausting but the worst part is definitely notbeing able to help them and listening to the endless crying. Have you had her checked for reflux? DS had this too so everytime he laid down the acids burnt his throat and upset him all over again. X

No but imgoing to ask about it because he sleeps better at an angle! I just hope it ends soon for his sake.

My pedi also told me to limit stimulation. My son is six weeks old and has been acting like this for three weeks now. I've tried everything, including switching formula. Pedi said not to make too many changes, it's hard for their little systems to deal with too many changes.
