What things did you do for morning sickness?

I've heard the sea bands and drinking pickle juice :p

But what other weird things work?

so far :ginger candies, sperimint gum, peppermint tea, peppermint essential oils, preggie pops, and jolly ranchers...accupressure band, eating a hand full of cherrios when start to feel yucky, and lemon water.. all work for a little while, but are short lived :/
the only thing thats been working for me is sitting on my ass.

I took drugs (Diclectin - it's a combination of vitamin B6 and an antihistamine). But that only took the edge off (made life worth living again).

I found the best thing was not to let myself get too hungry or be anywhere too smelly (the grocery store, anywhere with tomato sauce, etc.).

The foods that I remember helping the best were:
- nuts (almonds, pecans, peanuts, etc.)
- muffins
- ice cream
- cheddar cheese and cut tomatoes
- hard candies

Then there were things that didn't taste as bad when I threw them up, like yogurt.

the only thing that worked for me was just to get it over with and throw up first thing in the morning and then i was normally good. lol. i would stil be a litle nauseous throughout the day, but at least i didn't have to worry about puking all over someone at work (which i almost did one time, thankfully i made it to the trash can first!! lol).

but i have heard that peppermint works well. my aunt said she lived on candy canes when she was pregnant haha
