need help [tmi]

Me and my fiance were in the middle of baby making when we switched up positions. I was on top at one point and I felt a weird pressure, I didn't think anything of it because I'm one of those really lucky girls  anyway I told him it hurt so we went into regular missionary position with my legs on his shoulders and then I got this sharp pain near my left ovary. I immediately pushed him off of me and curled up in a ball and crying histerically cause I was in so much pain. That position has hurt before but never that bad. Now i'm having mild cramps and little jolts of sharp pain in the same spot. I've been having preggo symptoms except sore boobs, and my period just ended last week and this is the first time me and him have had sex since 2 days before my period started. I called a couple of my friends who have had cysts before and they said that it could've been a cyst that popped but I didn't bleed at all and they said if that is what it was, I would be bleeding. We almost went to the ER tonight but I decided to wait it out after the really sharp pain stopped. I'm gonna go to the doctor tomorrow morning. What do you guys think it could be? I need answers. I'm so scared. I know there's something wrong. 

I'd deff go to the doctors,just to get checked out and make sure everything is okay.Good luck,Hope everything is okay!

maybe bruising? You were saying you were lucky so maybe he was a little rough

If we had ruff sex it would hurt but nver that bad, sometimes when I'm not top it will hurt but never bad enough to cry...... I would DEFF go to the doc! cuz usually if there is a bit of pain i will have a bit of blood so that is wierd you had pain and no blood

I have never cried during sex except when I tore. I would definitely get it checked out.

I went to the doctor this morning and they did a bunch of ultrasounds and everything is fine! guess I worried too much over nothin'. Anyway, thanks for all the support ladies!
