I had it throughout my first pregnancy. The only thing that helped me was (very) small frequent meals. I ate about every 2 hours, it was more snacking than anything.

i know people who have hand morning sickness throughout their pregnancy. there's not much you can do. sprite, soda crackers and ginger snaps are the only tried-and-true methods I know of.

I know people who had morning sickness throughout their whole pregnancy. I had them only in my first thimester but it was a pain in the ass so I feel your pain. However, I think all they tell you that help is bullsmurf. I tried every single thing in the book and it did squash for me. Then again, everyone is different so idk. They said, eating salty cookies, drinking water before you get out of bed, walking a lot, eating strawberries, drinking milk before going to sleep.

I'm no longer pregnant and when I was I didn't have morning sickness after my first trimester. However, I have a friend who had morning sickness up until the day she gave birth.
