Put a pad on and wait to see if you fill one in an hour (or less). If you are bleeding heavily you may need to get yourself into the ER asap.

No I'm cramping, bleeding, and having more nausea than before

Bleeding cramping and more nausea than before. And I'm 14 weeks

Since your having twins it's totally possible that you might only loose one of them. I'd go to the ER right away.

I mean, if your even miscarrying. Cramping is mostly normal and bleeding can be common. some women have periods through their whole pregnancy.

I thought your last missed period was three weeks ago? Isn't that what you said in the post you made earlier? You're not 14 weeks. Did you ever find that bad person you were talking about? The trollish kind of person? Your last post was an interesting read actually.

How much bleeding? If it's only a small amount, I'd suggest waiting and calling your OB in the morning. The ER won't be able to do anything anyway.
